We will be introducing our new board members and kick off the Business Management Academy series. You won't want to miss it!

6/22- Developing Business Plans

The objective is to assist small businesses with the development of a sufficient business plan for which they may have a clear picture of operational needs and business model to secure funding. This will be achieved by illustrating the value of business planning, defining the key components of a business plan and application of the knowledge obtained through actual plan development.

Upon completion of this course, participants will:

1) Explain key components included in a sufficient business plan

2) Prepare and document an operational roadmap to develop a business plan

6/29- Defining and Developing your Value Proposition

Your competition is everywhere, so how do you sell in a competitive market? This course discusses how to differentiate your firm in a competitive marketplace. Learn to define your core capabilities, develop capability statements, statements, and pitch your firm's value as a competitive service provider.

Upon completion of this course, participants will:  

1) Define the concept of value proposition for business owners.

2) Learn about Brand Promise, and how to integrate this principle into your sales strategy.

3) Recognize the modes of communication available to business owners, and how to identify which set is preferable to reach your customers.

7/6- Networking to start, build and scale for success

This course teaches you how to scale for success through connecting and building a relationship with your buyer. You will learn the basics of networking and how your approach should change depending on the stage of your business life cycle and goals for the business relationship. You will also consider your natural communication style and how to adapt for potential, existing, or future clients.

Upon completion of this course, participants will: 

1) Identify the prospects they can credibly pitch

2) Determine the difference between a prospect vs. suspect

3) Identify your buyer’s true motivation

4) Identify where to find their buyer

5) Develop a winning Company position

6) Become the β€œGo To” expert

7) Implement Drip 5+ Plan

8) Determine what sales tools to consider

7/20- Now it’s your time - Get set…Go! Graduation
